1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at khanex.ai (the "Site"), operated by Khanex Inc. ("Khanex," "we," "us"). They also govern the Tour Core SMS messaging program operated by Khanex, as described in "Tour Core — SMS Messaging Terms" below. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you participate in that messaging program, those SMS terms apply as well. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Tour Core messaging program.

2. Services

The Site describes consulting services offered by Khanex. Descriptions on the Site are informational and do not constitute an offer or a binding commitment. Consulting engagements are governed exclusively by separately executed agreements (such as a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work), which take precedence over anything on the Site.

3. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' access
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Khanex or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

5. No professional advice

Content on the Site, including illustrative examples, estimates, and descriptions of potential outcomes, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Results described as illustrative are not guarantees of outcomes for your business.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khanex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability arising from consulting engagements is governed by the applicable engagement agreements, not these Terms.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Khanex Cleaning Coordination text messages

• Program: Khanex Cleaning Coordination. Texts coordinate cleaning jobs for a vacation rental, including schedule confirmations, arrival and completion updates, and supply questions.
• Who receives them: only the cleaning service contact who opts in by texting the Khanex number.
• Frequency: about 3 to 6 messages per cleaning.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
