Khanex was born from a simple observation: companies were being sold "AI-powered everything," but nobody was asking the only question that matters. What problem does your product or business actually need to solve?
So we took a different approach. Instead of pushing generic demos, we sit down with the team, map the product surface or operational workflow, and find where AI can create real leverage. Then we build a focused system for exactly that problem, and we measure whether it worked.
We work best with seed-to-growth startups and technology-enabled companies that already have a product, workflow, customer base, or dataset. We deprioritize idea-stage concepts that need full product discovery with little budget for engineering. Depth of implementation beats breadth of promises.

Saad founded Khanex after watching too many teams get sold AI hype instead of AI results. An engineer by background, he has spent his career building production AI systems: product features, agents, workflow automation, and the evaluation and analytics that prove whether they actually worked.
What sets his approach apart is where he starts. Not with the model or the demo, but with the product or workflow: how users move, where data lives, which decisions need reliability. Every Khanex engagement is built on that understanding first, with the technology chosen to fit the problem rather than the other way around.
Khanex is founder-led by design. The person who scopes your engagement is the person accountable for its results, from the first strategy call through production launch and ongoing optimization.
