Khanex Inc. ("Khanex," "we," "us") is a U.S.-based AI consulting company operating fully remotely. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit khanex.ai, use Tour Core, or otherwise interact with us. Tour Core is a self-guided rental property touring platform operated by Khanex. Questions can be sent to contact@khanex.ai.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide. When you submit our assessment request form, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number (optional), business type, and any details you choose to share about your operations.
• Usage information. We use website analytics (currently Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand aggregate site usage, such as pages visited and approximate location. These tools are designed to work without cookies and without tracking individual visitors across sites.
• Correspondence. If you email us or communicate with us during an engagement, we retain that correspondence.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule diagnostic calls
• To provide, scope, and deliver consulting services

• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use information submitted through this website to train AI models.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our email delivery provider processes contact form submissions, and our hosting provider serves this website), when required by law, or with your direction. Service providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

5. Client engagement data

Data we access during consulting engagements is governed by the agreements for that engagement (including, where applicable, a Data Processing Addendum and confidentiality terms). We follow data minimization practices: we collect only what an engagement requires, define retention periods up front, and document the processors involved.

6. Data retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, after which it is deleted. We protect information using measures including encrypted storage, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege access controls.

7. Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@khanex.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as required.

8. Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Text messages

When you text the Khanex cleaning coordination number, we collect your mobile number and the messages and photos you send. We use them only to coordinate cleanings for the rental. We share them only with the texting provider that delivers our messages, and only to send and receive them. Mobile numbers, text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP.
