Data we access during consulting engagements is governed by the agreements for that engagement (including, where applicable, a Data Processing Addendum and confidentiality terms). We follow data minimization practices: we collect only what an engagement requires, define retention periods up front, and document the processors involved.

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, after which it is deleted. We protect information using measures including encrypted storage, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege access controls.
