Khanex runs a small text message pilot that coordinates cleanings for a vacation rental. We text one contact at the cleaning service that cleans the home.
What the texts are
- A heads-up 2 to 4 days before a cleaning, with the date and guest checkout time
- A confirmation the morning of the cleaning
- Replies when the crew arrives and finishes, including photos the contact sends
- Occasional questions about supplies running low
We never send marketing or promotional messages.
Who gets them
Only the cleaning service contact who has agreed to receive them.
How to opt in
The cleaning service contact opts in by texting the Khanex number. Khanex replies with a confirmation that explains the program, how often messages come, and how to opt out.
Message frequency: about 3 to 6 messages per cleaning.
